If you’re booking solo, we’ll check our calendar for a suitable group departing on your preferred date. If no groups are scheduled, we’ll provide alternative options or add you to our waiting list, notifying you as soon as a group becomes available.

For those seeking a private trek, this option is also available with an additional surcharge. Should other individuals or groups join your trek later, we’ll happily refund the surcharge. Whether you’re booking a Mount Rinjani trek or one of our other tour packages, Rizal, our dedicated Booking Manager, and Aef, our experienced Operations Manager, are here to assist every step of the way.

Mount Rinjani Trekking Bookings

The booking process for Mount Rinjani treks is slightly more detailed due to the need to check availability with the Mount Rinjani National Park (TNGR). Once you submit your inquiry through our website’s contact form, Rizal will verify the availability of entrance tickets for your requested dates via the TNGR online system. If tickets are available, we’ll ask you to provide the following personal information required by the park:

• Full Name
• Passport Number
• Height & Weight
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• Nationality
• Phone Number
• Phone Number of Next of Kin (Emergency Contact)

After receiving your details, we’ll send an invoice for a 20% deposit via PayPal to secure your tickets and booking. Once the deposit is paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with resources to help you prepare for your trek.

Other Tour Package Bookings

For non-trekking tours, such as waterfall tours, snorkeling trips, or camping adventures, the process is more straightforward. Simply send us your inquiry, and Rizal will confirm availability for your preferred date. Once confirmed, we’ll invoice you for the deposit or full payment, depending on the package. After payment is received, you’ll receive a booking confirmation with all the necessary details.
