If you want to book a tour for the coming days, please contact us via WhatsApp (+62 8234 1011 044) in addition to filling out the enquiry form. Mount Rinjani National Park has an entrance ticket system, that limits numbers on the mountain. We have to ensure there are tickets available, before we can confirm a trek (hence the reason why we need as much notice as possible, and you should try to book in advance, rather than leaving it to the last minute). Sometimes the internet in Senaru drops-out, so please contact us via phone or WhatsApp if your enquiry is urgent.

This applies mainly to Mount Rinjani treks. We use this to best match you to a group - if you are a slow walker, we will try to put you in a group with other people who want to take it slow. If you are an experienced hiker, we will try to match you with other experienced hikers. We also offer a private group option. Please contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.
